The semi-detached house built in 1994 is located in a residential area with fenced gardens, with parking directly in front of the door. The bright kitchen is fully equipped. The comfortable bathroom is equipped with shower and tub. There is also a separate toilet in the apartment on the ground floor and on the upper floor. In the laundry room in the basement there is a washing machine and a dryer. The non-smoking apartment can be booked for up to 4 people, it has 2 bedrooms. Pets only on request. Final cleaning 50 Euro.
Brannenburg is a state-approved climatic health resort in the wide valley basin of the Inn Valley, located at the foot of the Wendelstein and is a particularly popular summer and winter vacation destination. A wonderful vacation destination for active people and families seeking relaxation. Surrounded by unspoiled Bavarian cultural landscape between the mountain peaks of the Alps and therefore perfect for exciting excursions and hikes. It is also an ideal starting point for easy to challenging mountain bike tours with a diverse network of trails away from the main roads around the Wendelstein and in Chimgau. Brannenburg has its own highway connection and is therefore just a short drive away from the three historic cities of Munich, Salzburg and Innsbruck, with their rich cultural offerings.
