Our accommodation is particularly practical for tradespeople and groups who value privacy and separate retreats. There is no living room, but four comfortable bedrooms are available instead. Tourists are also warmly welcome and will find a cozy, well-located place to stay! Four comfortable bedrooms are available, each equipped with single beds. We have placed special emphasis on purchasing high-quality mattresses and naturally ensured that the bedrooms can be very well darkened. Each bedroom has a 43" Smart TV. There is fast WiFi throughout the house, which is naturally already included in the price. The kitchen is fully equipped for ten people. Two large refrigerators with freezer compartments are available for you. Other appliances such as kettle, microwave, coffee machine as well as all cooking utensils, glasses, cups and dishes are also part of our offer. An oven, induction hob and dishwasher are also available. The dining room offers enough seating for shared meals. The bright and friendly daylight bathroom upstairs with toilet and walk-in shower offers sufficient space for daily personal care. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor. In the basement there is a washing machine and enough space and possibilities to dry laundry. There are numerous free parking spaces directly at the house. The property is located in Jülich Bourheim with very good access to the A44.

The Jülich Research Center can also be reached in just 11 minutes by car. Various restaurants and supermarkets are easily accessible in just a few minutes.
