Das gesamte Haus verfügt über Klimaanlage und Heizung (Gas), sodass Sie es sich zu jeder Jahreszeit gemütlich machen können. An kühlen Herbst- oder Wintertagen sorgt der Kamin für wohlige Wärme. Fernsehabende lassen sich vor dem 55Zoll, 4K Flat-TV mit Netflix, Prime und Apple TV genießen. Die 100 K Internetleitung sorgt für beste Streamingqualität. Das Highlight des Objektes ist die überdachte Terrasse mit atemberaubenden Ausblick.
