Welcome to our 3 unique holiday apartments* in our historical house built in 1595. All our apartments have beautiful views of Lake Constance. Each apartment has it own distinctive character with original timber frame and painted walls dating back to either the 16th or 19th century. Our apartments are newly furnished, each in its own industrial style - Modern, Vintage & Retro - with highlights in shades of blue and green, harmonized with the original paintwork discovered in the house. We hope to see you soon!

We are situated 150 meters from the water's edge. Along the lake there are excellent restaurants and children's play & bathing areas. The premium hiking trail -Premiumwanderweg Seegang - starts virtually on our doorstep. Just around the corner, in the historical part of the village, there is a bakery, a butchery and a small grocery store. Public transport is easily accessible and only a few meters from our house. With the Echt Bodensee Card day trips with the public transport system (bus & train within the bodo-Transport Association) are free. The beautiful towns of Constance, Überlingen, Meersburg and the world famous Island of Mainau can be reached with a scenic ferry ride from the Sipplingen pier. Our prices are inclusive of all additional costs, except tourist tax. Tourist tax is to be paid in cash on arrival, incl. ECT BODENSEE CARD & BODENSEECARD WEST. Unfortunately, the holiday flats are not suitable for people with walking difficulties.
