An extra set of towels can be provided on request at an additional cost. Please note that there is no staffed reception in the house, but a support team, which are available by phone for any difficulties and support. This is a non-smoking apartment. Violation of house rules (pets, disturbing the peace, etc.) - 150 euros. 4. Non confirmed late check-out up to 4 hours - 50 euros. 5. Non confirmed late check-out from 4 hours - daily price. 6. More people staying than booked - 15 euros for each extra guest per night. 7. Apartment or common spaces left in an extremely dirty condition - amount of extra needed cleaning hours.

Our accommodation is located in the city center of Osnabrück. Not far away (1.8 km) the Bürgerpark, where you can take a relaxing walk. You can also visit the historic city hall, 1 km away, and enjoy the breathtaking view. Don't forget to visit St. Peter's Cathedral, which is 1.2 km away from the apartment.
