→ 180 cm box spring bed in 5* hotel quality for sweet dreams → Own sunny garden with covered south terrace → sustainable apartment: energy from own photovoltaic system → 55“ smart-TV + 24" smart-TV in bedroom both with Netflix → High speed wifi → daylight bathroom with rain shower → Fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso, washing machine, etc..) → 3 min to the lake / 30 min to Munich city → restaurants & shops nearby → parking in front of the apartment → 160 cm sofa bed with high quality mattress → long term stays welcome: washing machine, iron, etc.
When we travel ourselves, we love insider tips from locals and hosts for great restaurants, local activities and secret spots that only the locals know! We are happy to share those things with you for the Ammersee region and will do everything for our guests -so that our newly designed apartment becomes an insider tip in itself.
While the apartment is surrounded by countryside, it is still centrally located in Inning am Ammersee. It takes only 15 minutes to walk to the lake and beach, boat rental, Stegen harbour (boat tours), beer gardens, restaurants, ice cream and mini golf. The lake can also be reached in less than 5 minutes by car. Within walking distance (approx. 5 minutes) are: - A bakery, an off-licence and an Edeka supermarket, where you can find everything you need. - Numerous shops (butcher, pharmacy, optician, stationery, post office, hairdresser, boutiques, flowers, etc.), gas station, as well as restaurants (Bavarian, Italian, Indian, Croatian, Asian, Greek) and cafes. A bus station with a direct connection to the surrounding lakes and to the S-Bahn station in the direction of Munich can be reached in less than 5 minutes by foot. The apartment has its own free parking space (not covered).
