The gracefully shaped country house in the style of the 1930s is located in the middle of a garden with old trees and perennial plants. The country house exudes a very special charm, especially because stylistic elements have been preserved. This includes the authentic tiled stove as well as the vaulted ceiling and slug panes in the bay window of the living room. In addition, the lattice windows, the real wood floorboards and the Solnhofen tiles spread the most pleasant living atmosphere. Of particular note are the balconies with a charming view of the mountains.
