We have lovingly renovated the entire house in recent years and now want to prepare you with our rooms a cozy and beautiful time in Leipzig.

Neighbourhood information

Our hotel is located in a residential area with small pubs, shops and cafes. It is an old industrial area and has been very pleasantly renovated over the last few years. Many artists still have small galleries here and the cotton mill is just a walk away. You have two off-cinemas in the immediate vicinity, a theatre and also a puppet theatre. By train since about 15-20min in the city center or in the southern suburbs or Connewitz. In the summer, Lake Kulkwitz is worth a trip. It can be visited and used free of charge at any time of the day. You can reach it by train or car.
