Franz is a handball professional and investor and Alex Pilot for an international airline in Shanghai. We feel very connected to our hometown Leipzig and therefore want to make the stay unforgettable for as many people as possible.

Welcome to your Leipzig residence! We welcome you from the lively heart of Leipzig's southern suburb. Very centrally located next to the Karli you will find a lively district with numerous bars and restaurants, just a few minutes from Leipzig city center.The perfect basis for your trip is our completely newly renovated and modernly furnished guest apartment with a large balcony, king size box spring bed and a vintage style living room with a comfortable sofa bed.

Informations about the surroundings. In 5 minutes you can reach the famous and trendy Karl-Liebknecht-Straße, also known as Karli. There you will find a selection of the best and most interesting restaurants and bars in Leipzig. You can reach Leipzig city center on foot in 10 minutes or by tram in 5. One of the well-known sights of Leipzig, the "Bayrische Bahnhof", can be reached in about 2 minutes.
