Franz is a handball professional and investor and Alex Verkehrtspilot for an international airline in Shanghai. We feel very connected to our hometown Leipzig and therefore want to make the stay unforgettable for as many people as possible.

Welcome to your Leipzig residence! We welcome you from the green heart of Leipzig and Germany's largest coherent Gründerzeit district. Centrally located next to the Red Bull Arena you will find a lively area with numerous bars and restaurants, just a few minutes from the city center of Leipzig. The perfect basis for your trip is our completely newly renovated and modern furnished guest apartment with 2 large roof terraces and a total of 3 bedrooms.
