You will get the keys for your apartment in our office in Amselstraße 11 in 82467 Garmisch-Partenkirchen (not at the apartment!) . Our office is open Monday - Saturday from 09:00 am – 12:30 pm and from 02.00 pm until 05.00 pm. On Sundays and puplic holidays you can reach us from 04.00-05.00 pm in our office.
If you will arrive later than 05.00 pm we will deposit the keys in our key safe on the office building.
If you want to use this possibility please let us know well in advance so that we can send you your code for opening the safe.
On your departure day please bring back the keys to our office in Amselstraße 11 in 82467 Garmisch-Partenkirchen (please do not leave them in the apartment!).
