Property information

After completion of the building works in march 2020 we are glad to welcome you in our second location in Kaarst. The boarding house consists of 2 buildings and has 13 fully equipped apartments. The furnishing is modern and high quality. The living space will vary according to the category between 40 m² and 70 m². All apartments have a kitchen with a stove, freezer, fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and a microwave with grill function. The bathrooms have a shower or bath. Some of the apartments have a balcony. With the 42-inch smart TV you can use apps like Netflix, Spotify and much more. Bed linen, towels, cosmetics and a welcome drink are part of our standard equipment. Outdoor parking spaces are available next to the building free of charge. 24hours check-in possible with our key safe next to the entrance.
