The stylishly renovated apartment is furnished to a high standard and leaves nothing to be desired. The unit is largely barrier-free and accessible via the lift. Of course, there is also a parking space directly in front of the house. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped including Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and complete kitchen inventory. The terrace is also fully furnished and invites you to relax after a barbecue. Flat screen TV's in the living room and bedroom as well as Wifi are also available. The apartment is particularly suitable for couples or families. In addition to the bedroom with double bed, there are two further sleeping possibilities in the passage room next to the bedroom. In addition, the two sofas in the living room can be used for smaller sleeping guests.
As your hosts, we look forward to welcoming guests from all cultures and backgrounds. A culture of welcome and hospitality is very important to us. Children of all ages are also welcome.
Fantastic lake view and close to the town centre! The loft offers a good lake view. This also means proximity to the lake. A 2-minute walk to the shore and the centre of the village speak for themselves. In the village centre you will find numerous restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities. Schluchsee is very attractive both in summer and winter and offers numerous active and passive relaxing opportunities.
