Luxurious, large, sunny apartment with balcony and whirlpool in the bathroom, enough space for 6 guests. The apartment is about 135 square meters, consists of a very large living room with underfloor heating, a bright bedroom and a second bright room that can be used as a second bedroom. In the spacious bathroom there is a modern washing machine, a modern tumble dryer, a whirlpool bath, a large shower, toilet and bathroom furniture.

Ich bin selbst aktuell geschäftlich viel unterwegs und vermiete daher meine Wohnung in Rudolstadt zu den Zeiten, in denen ich diese selbst nicht nutzen kann. Ich freue mich über nette Gäste, die sorgsam mit unserer Einrichtung umgehen. In unserer Gegend gibt es viel Natur und Ruhe. Ihr könnt den Thüringer Wald, das Schwarzatal, den Stausee Hohenwarte, die schöne Heidecksburg oder die Altstadt von Rudolstadt besuchen. Ideal ist die Gegegend zum Radfahren, Motorradfahren, wandern, Ski-Langlauf, Schwimmen etc. We are happy to make phone calls at check-in and arrange how the key handover will be implemented.

In our area there is a lot of nature and peace. You can visit the Thuringian Forest, the Black Valley, the Hohenwarte reservoir, the beautiful Heidecksburg or the old town of Rudolstadt. The area is ideal for cycling, motorcycling, hiking, cross-country skiing, swimming etc. Depending on the direction of travel, you will find a bus stop for local public transport 50m or 150m away from the apartment, which you can use to travel comfortably to Saalfeld or downtown Rudolstadt. Furthermore, a train stop is very easy to reach in about 800m on foot. From there you can get to Berlin, Frankfurt etc. in 3 hours by German train. Therefore, traveling by train is not a problem at all and, depending on your luggage, can easily be done without a taxi to the apartment.
