The luxury apartment is located in the middle of Großkarlbach, a small wine-growing village in the Palatinate. This Grande Suite with kitchen area offers 95 m² of space for 2 to 4 people and is located on the ground floor of our three-hundred-year-old main building. It is pleasantly cool in summer and cozy and warm in winter thanks to the tiled stove. Particularly noteworthy is the antistatic and anti-allergic wooden floor made from castle planks from 1882. A chilled bottle of Palatinate white wine, a snack to sniff and fresh fruit awaits you in the kitchen. You can make yourself a nice coffee or tea at any time. Enjoy it at the bar table or on the baroque sandstone stairs in the courtyard. The living room is at the center of the spacious apartment. Here you can eat, watch TV, listen to music or simply enjoy a glass of red wine on the warm stove bench. The sofa can easily be folded out into a sofa bed measuring 130 cm x 200 cm. In the bedroom there is the antique French king-size bed from around 1900. At 180 cm x 220 cm, this dream bed is extra long. There are either oversized down or fiber duvets available, covered with premium makosatin bed linen. An original Biedermeier cupboard, a mirror console and Art Nouveau bedside lamps complete the sleeping area. From the bedroom you can access the large daylight bathroom, which impresses with its special architecture and floor tiles from 1914. In the middle of the former exit to the kitchen cellar, the toilet stands in the sandstone arch like a throne. Nostalgically, you take a nice bubble bath in the bathtub and enjoy the peace and quiet. A make-up mirror, a high-quality hairdryer and bathroom cosmetics from soap to conditioner are of course also included here. We opened the boutique hotel in Sternenhof in mid-April 2023 - take a few steps to the adjacent property; You can have a hearty breakfast there every morning.

Großkarlbach is a small wine-growing village in the Palatinate - from here you can explore the whole area. On foot, by bike, motorbike or car. The people of Palatinate are particularly fun-loving and sociable; they love good wine and delicious food. There are numerous excellent wineries and restaurants, and there are also plenty of wine festivals from March to October - we would be happy to give you tips. There is also a golf course nearby, and sights such as Speyer Cathedral are not far either.
