Set in the heart of Oberammergau, Mammhofer Suite & Breakfast combines the charm of a familiar guest house and a boutique hotel. All rooms and suites offer free WiFi and a view of the Oberammergau Mountains. Family-run and in its 4th generation, the accommodation prides itself on originality, its typical Bavarian architecture and its use of natural materials. Rooms are cosily decorated with wooden furnishings and include satellite TV, a safe, fridge and a private bathroom with rain shower. Most rooms have a private balcony. The garden is a great place to relax and switch off. The surrounding area is ideal for exploring culture or nature. Oberammergau Train Station is a 10-minute walk from Mammhofer Suite & Breakfast. On-site parking is free and Garmisch-Partenkirchen is 20 km away.

The combination of a boutique hotel and a familiar guesthouse makes the difference at the Mammhofer Suite & Breakfast. Keeping the originality – breaking new ground. That was our premise for the redesign of Mammhofer Suite & Breakfast. The historical property with its typical bavarian architecture has been restored with careful attention to detail and the demand to use natural materials. In place you can feel and experience the history of our house. The Mammhofer Suite & Breakfast welcomes active mountain freaks, relaxed nature lovers as well as fine intellectual culture connoisseurs with cordiality and bavarian hospitality. Already in the fourth generation it is our passion to welcome guests as friends and to be your hideaway for unforgettable holidays.

Neighbourhood information

Theater, music, folk costumes, wood carving, arts and crafts, castles and churches. Hardly any other region offers such an abundance and diversity of culture and traditions. Scenic mountains, green meadows, gushing streams and clear lakes – this almost sounds too good to be true. In Oberammergau and the Ammergau Alps it is reality.
