World traveller meets home: as the owner of Markt 15 Gästehaus, I am delighted to be your host in Senftenberg. Growing up in the area around the Senftenberg lake, I moved away to study hotel management at an international university near Bonn with internships in 5-star hotels in Spain and the US and a long-term stay in the US. I ended up living in Berlin for 6 years and working for a Big Four audit firm, at last as a Learning & Development manager for the EMEA region. My team and events were spread across all of Europe. In my personal time, I learned about coaching and personal development and completed a yoga teacher training with Strala Yoga. Meanwhile, my parents started the renovation at Markt 15 where I ended up joining them as the future tenant and founder of the guesthouse. Shortly after, my boyfriend and I moved from Berlin to Senftenberg where an exciting phase started to finish the building as a family project. Currently, I am also training to become a Feng Shui consultant and am looking forward to sharing this knowledge with you at Markt 15 Gästehaus. Namasté, Rebecca Bartsch
