The 50m² apartment is located on the first floor and has a spacious bedroom, a cozy living and dining room, a very well equipped kitchen and a shower room and toilet. Through the hallway there is access to the communal garden in the backyard. There you will find a small sitting area with garden furniture, which you are welcome to use. The heart of the bedroom is the large queen-size box-spring bed (160x200cm). For storing your own clothes there are various possibilities, the bedroom also offers enough space. In the modern living room, the couch with bed function and a lying surface of 160x200cm offers another place to sleep. The 50-inch smart TV with free Netflix access guarantees the best entertainment. In addition, the rustic dining table offers plenty of space to eat, work and be together. In the kitchen, you'll find everything you need for your stay. With comprehensive equipment, you will want for nothing when it comes to cooking. Adjacent to the kitchen are the two separate bathrooms. Next to the toilet, the luxurious rainfall shower with a small window offers pure showering pleasure.

The apartment is located just a stone's throw from the Wilhelmshöhe ICE train station. So if you arrive by train, you are very quickly in your accommodation. There is just as much to explore on foot in the vicinity of the apartment. You can reach the Bergpark in about 20 minutes, the Goetheanlage in 10 minutes and all grocery stores, restaurants and boutiques are also within walking distance. Several streetcar lines also run from the station forecourt in all directions of the city. If you arrive by car, there is a private parking space available in the driveway. On the right side in front of the garage you can park for free. Please always leave enough space so that the neighbor to the left can also park in and out.
