    “Die freundliche Begrüßung. Die Lage der Wohnung etwa 800-1000 m vom Zentrum. Einkaufen bei REWE und KAUFLAND nur wenige 100 m von der Wohnung entfernt! Die ruhige Lage und der PKW-Parkplatz am Eingang auf dem Grundstück.”
