Dieses neue und modern ausgestattete 45 Quadratmeter Studio in Waldshut-Tiengen im Erdgeschoss bietet barrierefreien Zugang. Das Studio ist voll ausgestattet. Parkett, Fußbodenheizung, Dreifachverglasung und ein zentrales Belüftungssystem zeichnen diese Wohnung aus. Das Bad ist modern mit ebenerdiger Glasdusche. Die Wohnung ist nur 5 Minuten von der Schweizer Grenze entfernt, der Flughafen Zürich 30 Minuten. Supermärkte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Ideal für Ihre Schwarzwaldferien oder Grenzgänger
