From here you can easily explore the city center, but are also quickly in the commercial area or at the university. The apartment is also very close to restaurants, supermarkets and other stores. The apartment is furnished with a queen-size box-spring bed (180x200), a sofa bed, a closet, WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine/dryer (free of charge!) and a dishwasher. Furthermore, families can also stay with us without any problems, as we offer board games, a high chair and a travel cot for small children. In addition to the workstation for the business traveler, we also offer a very convenient coffee bar. The bathroom has towels, a hairdryer, shampoo, soap, shower gel and toilet paper ready for you. Am Balkon kannst du deinen Feierabend gemütlich auf unserer Lounge ausklingen lassen oder ihr könnt euren Kindern beim Spielen im sicheren Hofgarten beobachten (Hofgarten grün angelegt mit einem kleinen Spielplatz). Our apartment is very centrally located in Bayreuth and yet quietly situated in a side street. The city center is only a 5-minute walk away and you can reach stores (Netto supermarket, bakery, snack bars) very quickly on foot. Furthermore, there is a bus stop nearby (3 minutes walk), with which you can reach all places in and around Bayreuth.
