The stylish and with great attention to detail equipped apartment on the first floor with 120sqm for up to 8 people awaits you in a chic new building with high-quality equipment. You are in a prime location of Bad Aibling and can reach the train station with connections to Munich and Rosenheim, the "Therme Bad Aibling", the Triftbach, and the Mangfall within 8 minutes on foot. The center with cafes, restaurants, and stores can be reached after a 10-minute walk. You can start your day with delicious coffee from the Nespresso machine and enjoy all the nice amenities of this apartment. I attach great importance to first-class sleep, so comfortable king-size beds (1.80m x 2.00m) and hotel-standard bedding are waiting for you. For the 7th and 8th guests, there are two comfortable sofa beds (1.15m x 2.10m). Of course, there is also a spacious dining area for 8 people (indoors and outdoors) as well as a large smart TV with streaming options (Netflix and Samsung TV Plus). In the well-equipped kitchen, you will find a stove, fridge, dishwasher, freezer, oven, toaster, kettle, NESPRESSO machine, and everything you need to cook delicious meals. The spacious bathroom with a double vanity is equipped with a large walk-in shower, a bathtub and a toilet. Of course, we provide you with a hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo & conditioner. There is also a separate toilet. On the spacious balcony with a view of the greenery it is wonderful to relax, enjoy the sun and also here you will find enough space for up to 8 people. The apartment comes with a parking space directly next to the house. If that is not enough, there are plenty of free parking spaces around the building.
