Über 45 Jahre war ich als Unternehmensberater in verschiedenen Branchen tätig mit dem Ziel: - Unternehmen wirtschaftlich zu organisieren, - aptimale Abläufe zu etwickeln und zu gestalten, - Arbeitstechnische Rationalisierungen durchzuführen - Arbeitsplatz- und Personenbewertungen, Betriebsvereinbarungen entwickeln und einzuführen - Zweckgebundene Entlohnungssytem aufbauen einzuführen - Logistik - KANBAN - Materialwirtschaft u.s.w. Die Gastronomie als Unternehmen war vor 7 Jahren ein Neuland ( außer Zapfhahn bedienen ) für mich. Vor uns waren im Dolde X - Pächter ohne nenneswerten Erfolg zu haben.

Property information

Erster urkundlich erwähnter Besitzer ist 1652 ein Georg Doldi, ihm folgt 1677 ein Andreas Doldi nach. Das Gasthaus zum Grünen Baum, wie der Doldewirt zunächst hieß, steht allerdings nicht auf geweihtem Grund: 1720 brach dort „aus Unachtsamkeit“, wie es in der Dorfchronik heißt, ein verheerender Brand aus. Das Feuer griff rasch auf die Holzschindeln der Nachbarhäuser über und äscherte fast das gesamte Dorf ein – übrig blieben lediglich fünf Anwesen. Auch Pfarrkirche, Marienkapelle und Pfarrhof brannten nieder, nahezu alle Dorfbewohner wurden von heute auf morgen obdachlos.
