The check-in is self-service for all guests via online check-in at our accommodation. To facilitate this, we will send you a personal link that allows you access to this service. Please complete the online check-in no later than 48 hours before your arrival. For last-minute reservations, please do this immediately after booking, as soon as you receive the link. You will receive the access details for the self-service check-in approximately 2 to 4 days prior to your arrival or after completing the online check-in for last-minute bookings. The self-service arrival allows you individual to arrive independent of check-in times. This means you can arrive without being affected by potential delays or last-minute changes in plans. Check-in is possible from 2:30 PM on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 10:30 AM at the latest. In addition to our daily cleaning service, a staff member will be on-site from Monday to Friday as a point of contact to assist you with any questions or concerns directly. Of course, you can also reach us by phone daily for urgent inquiries.

The Pension Freiraum Guesthouse Berlin is ideally located in the vibrant Berlin district of Prenzlauer Berg, one of the city's most charming neighborhoods. The Messe Berlin can be reached by S-Bahn in about 18 minutes, making our accommodation an ideal location in the capital.
