We are a family-run guest house and also live in the house. For over 40 years we offer family holidays in our guest house. We as a family with 3 children know how difficult it is to meet all family members. We run a family-run guest house with a rural character, where you can take your time, have fun and experience the nature and quickly form friendships between the children. While parents can recover from everyday life and make new acquaintances. Our house is also large enough to accommodate groups, family reunions of up to 13 people and to spend time and celebrate together.
We are the Grünberger family and run the guest house in the second generation since 2008. Stefan Grünberger, Graduate in Business Administration (FH) and Irene Grünberger with their children Johannes, Leo and Emilia
We are centrally located between Passau, the Bavarian Forest, the Czech Republic and Austria. You can make your holiday very varied. Whether visiting the Bavarian Forest National Park with animal parks and the treetop trail; Shopping and sight seeing in Passau in the picturesque old town and triple trip on the Danube, Inn and Ilz; dive into the Wild West in the western city of Pullman City; countless ways to hike; the glass art of the Bavarian Forest or a day trip to the neighbors to the Czech Republic and Austria. All destinations can be reached by car between 15 minutes and an hour.
