It is becoming increasingly important to have a bit of privacy for yourself at least in the evening and early morning, and preferably in an environment that enhances wellbeing through ambience and amenities - just like your own home. Especially after intensive customer appointments, in engagements, in training phases or after long meetings that mentally demand during the day, the body demands relaxation. This is the only way to get fit and motivated for new challenges the next day. In the district, we have created an atmosphere that offers you and / or your employees a piece of home. You can choose from differently furnished and differently sized apartments and, depending on your needs as a guest, also feel comfortable in the long term.

The boarding house in the heart of the city has reopened under the name Quartier1903. This beautiful historical building has been used by a bank for decades to accommodate its employees in the short to medium term. Now the house, modernized and stylishly furnished, opens its doors under new management to company employees and private individuals who are looking for their home in Oldenburg for a while.
