Welcome to Arbio newly designed spacious apartment! Nestled in a quiet area adjacent to the bustling Annaberger Straße, this Arbio apartment offers both tranquility and convenience. Just steps away, the beautiful Leipzig Auensee and various shopping options await, with tram connections just a 4-minute walk away. A standout feature is the spacious and inviting king-size bed. As you enter the apartment on the raised ground floor of a multi-unit building, you will find the large 180x200 cm wooden bed to your right and a pull-out sofa bed to your left, perfect for enjoying the Smart TV.

The location's unique feature is its direct proximity to the stunning Auensee and Auenwald. The main train station is only 15-20 minutes away, with similar accessibility to the airport or the Schkeuditz motorway junction.
