The flat is located just a few minutes' walk from the shores of Lake Constance, close to the promenade, restaurants, boat and bus stops, supermarkets, the cathedral, railway station, thermal baths and the eastern lido. The flat comprises a bedroom with bed linen, a bathroom with a refreshing shower and fluffy towels, a living room with a modern flat-screen TV and a sofa bed for additional guests. Switzerland and Austria (e.g. Bregenz lake stage) are also within easy reach.
