Spacious attic apartment in a quiet location with a wonderful view of the mountains
In the cozy living room there is a spacious sofa and a comfortable dining area for 6 people, both with a view of the fold-out TV and a single bed. The separate bedroom with a large double bed is quiet and has a sofa, a table and a crib. The green kitchen is well equipped and offers another dining area next to the living room at its own table with 3 chairs. But the best place to sit is at the round dining table on the large sheltered terrace with a wonderful mountain view. The terrace is just outside the kitchen and can be accessed through the large floor to ceiling patio doors. The blue bathroom with bathtub and separate shower is bright and spacious. There is also a Miele washing machine in the bathroom. The apartment has a second separate WC.
The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the still rustic district of Ernsdorf. The free parking lot of the apartment is directly in front of the house. The apartment on the second floor is reached via the stairs. The apartments on the ground floor and second floor are permanently let.
Up to 3 guests can use the spacious sofa in the living room exclusively for relaxation.
In the bedroom there is a 190x200 double bed and a 70x140 wooden crib (without linen) with bars, three of which can be removed for access. We do not use the additional sofa in the bedroom as a bed. The curtain in front of the large gable window is light-proof, but does not completely darken the window sill at the lower edge.
There is a 90x190 single bed in an alcove in the living room.
For 4 or 5 guests, the middle section of the large sofa in the living room can be made up as a double bed 160x200 with box-spring upholstery. The curtain in front of the large gable window is light-proof, but does not completely darken the window sill at the lower edge.
If required, a high chair for children can be used free of charge.
My brother and I have completed the modernization of the beautiful three-family house that our mother started with a happy hand. The house benefits from its location on the green edge of the village, with a wonderful view of the Kampenwand and a beautiful lime tree standing proudly on a hill. The Moosweg, which starts at the next corner, leads you across the fields and through a pretty forest to the lake. A few steps up the hill you come to farms with geese, calves and a vending machine selling fresh milk.
My mother-in-law Rosi and I, Leo, take care of the well-being of our guests in the cozy vacation apartment under the roof on the second floor and are there for your questions and wishes.
We pay the local tourist tax for our guests, who receive a guest card from the municipality of Prien with numerous discounts when they fill out the registration form on site.
