Since Felix and I travel a lot as professional athletes, we know how important it is to feel at home even when traveling. Furthermore, we are open to new encounters and would be very happy if we could host you!

Property information

The 2-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building in a side street (quiet). Felix & I have furnished the apartment with great attention to detail. It has a new kitchen, a new bathroom with bathtub, a bedroom with king size bed (180x200cm), a bright and spacious living room with sofa bed, a parking space in the underground garage, a spacious hallway, completely darkenable shutters and a covered balcony facing west. The sitting area made of pallets invites you to relax especially on warm days.

Neighbourhood information

The accommodation is located in Graphische Viertel. The Graphische Viertel is part of Leipzig's Ostvorstadt on the outskirts of the city center. Since the accommodation is located in a side street with little traffic, it is very quiet there. The buildings are mostly either new or historic apartment buildings. A few hundred meters and you are at the GRASSI Museum. Just under 1 km away is the Augustusplatz with opera and Gewandhaus. It doesn't get much more central than this! Very suitable as a starting point for couples or solo travelers.
