Welcome to our vacation home in Cochem, idyllically situated on the edge of the forest in the Märtscheltbach valley and just a five-minute walk from the Schlossberg and market square. Perfect for excursions to Reichsburg Castle, Eltz Castle, the Moselle, Eifel and the Hunsrück. The house can accommodate up to six guests in three bedrooms: one room with a double bed and balcony, one with two single beds and one with a bunk bed. All beds have high-quality mattresses (90 x 200 cm). There is also a bathroom with shower, bathtub and WC, a separate WC and a utility room with washing machine. The spacious living room has leather sofas, TV, games console and board games for rainy days. There is also a desk. The dining room with fireplace and access to the terrace invites you to relax. The fully equipped kitchen has an oven, microwave and dishwasher. The terrace and a Hollywood swing offer outdoor relaxation. Firewood for the fireplace is available in the colder months. The house has a garage. Family-friendly equipped with high chair, extra bed, children's toilet seat and stair gate.
