Property information

Experience an exquisite stay in our fully equipped 1 BR apartment. The practicably furnished apartment has four comfortable single beds, making it perfect for business travellers, fitters or visiting family to relax after a long day. Due to its good connection, you can reach the Essen Exhibition Center in just a few minutes by car and it takes 20 minutes to get to the city center by public transport.

Neighbourhood information

The neighborhood is quiet and a bit more anonymous. Nevertheless, everyone is always friendly and open to discussions. All around is a good public transport connection, playgrounds are also accessible and the road is not busy. Rüttenscheid is a trendy part of the city, which is always worth a visit. In Rüttenscheid you can experience a blossoming of the Essen city scene and you can experience a great city walk on Rüttenscheider Straße including great opportunities to linger. Away from Rüttenscheid there are some great sights such as the renowned Folkwang Museum. There is a bus stop in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, from which you can get to the main train station in just 20 minutes. By car you can reach Messe Essen in just 4 minutes and be on the A52 in just 6 minutes. There is free street parking around the property.
