A few weeks ago, the apartment was completely renovated, and almost all of the furniture was replaced. The bed is 120 cm wide, and the sofa bed, which folds out to 155 cm, can sleep two people. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the bathroom has a bathtub.

Tram 18 and bus 54 stop 20 meters from the front door, and it's a 10-minute walk to Giesing S-Bahn station or Tegernseer Platz on the U2 subway line. Munich Central Station can be reached in 20 minutes by public transport. Several restaurants are within walking distance, and there's a supermarket across the street.
