The idyllic town with about 250 inhabitants and about 80 horses is located only about 18 km northeast of the beautiful spa town of Baden-Baden, about 30 km from Karlsruhe and about 25 km from the French border. The apartment: 2 rooms, 60 m2 with separate entrance: 1 living-sleeping-dining area 1 room with wardrobe, shelves and plenty of storage space 1 daylight bath 1 entrance area / cloakroom The spacious, new daylight bathroom has a walk-in, wheelchair-accessible shower, sink and toilet.t, hair dryer, soap and shampoo are available. In the sleeping area there is a super cuddly "bed in the magic forest" 40 inch flat screen (satellite TV) W-LAN (free) A little relaxation corner with 2 comfortable armchairs invite you to linger and chill out. Kitchen: Kitchenette with stove, oven, ceramic hob, capsule coffee maker, toaster, sandwich maker, kettle. The kitchen is fully equipped with: sugar, salt, spices, vinegar, various vegetable oil, coffee capsules, honey and homemade jam. dining areas: Bar / counter with 2 rotating bar stools The dining area with pull-out table and 3 chairs for a hearty lunch or dinner or for a fun game night round off the feel-good package.
