Located in the same building as our popular listing, "Cozy Little Apartment", our spacious apartment is perfect for extra comfort! Enjoy easy walks to public transport, restaurants, stores, and pubs. If you want to stay home, this apartment offers a patio, a separate room for lounging or remote work, and an open plan living room, dining, and kitchen. We are listing the apartment before it's fully ready according to our standards, but it is nice and functional. Updated photos to follow.
An Irish man, married to an American, living in Germany. We are always available through the app. We live a few villages away, but it's only a 15-20 min drive.
Landstuhl is a busy enough town. Close to all the military bases for American's, Ramstein, Landstuhl Hospital is walkable (although up a steep hill), Sembach and ROB are close by. Baumholder is a 40min drive and Spangdahlem 90min. Landstuhl holds a few decent sized festivals throughout the year and Kaiserslautern city is just 4 stops away by train. Plenty of entertainment in Landstuhl, several restaurants and bars, a cinema that shows both English & German language movies, Gym's, & Nature Walking & Bike Trails are all withing walking distance of the front door.
