This self-contained studio flat has been successfully rented out on short-term basis for over 5 years. Due to lockdowns and travel restrictions, we had rented out the flat on permanent basis/tenancy for while. As restrictions have eased up now, we are going to offer this fully renovated flat back for short-term stays. Due to the period of permanent tenancy, all previously received booking reviews/ ratings have expired - thats why the flat does not have any ratings at the moment! We are very much looking forward to host you. If you have any queries, please get in touch.
The host is a young professional working in the field of research. Subletting the flats is a secondary area of work.
Unterbilk is a well-established, middle-class, arty neighbourhood mainly occupied by families, young professionals, and students. The flat is located in a quite, reduced-noise area (speed limit is down to 30km/hr), yet with buzzing night-life bars and restaurants just 5 minutes away walking-distance (Lorettostrasse). Public transportation is superb, with the overground just 5 min away (2 stops to main station) and subways/trams 10 min walk.
