With two living units, each having two bedrooms, our house comfortably accommodates up to 10 people, making it ideal for families or groups wishing to enjoy the rural idyll. Inside the house, guests are welcomed with high living comfort. Each of the two living units features two bedrooms with comfortable box spring beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep for four people. Moreover, the house provides a modern bathroom equipped with a spacious walk-in rain shower and underfloor heating, adding to the cozy ambiance. The open plan kitchen is equipped with a 4-hob induction stove, dishwasher, and a fridge with freezer compartment, perfect for communal meals and social evenings. The house's large outdoor terrace, furnished with seating for six people, sun protection, and a charcoal grill, invites guests to relax outdoors. Pretschen itself, a village home to nearly 300 residents, offers quaint tranquility and at the same time the necessary infrastructure, such as a bakery, a recommended restaurant, a playground, and not least the organic estate with a farm shop.
