Our beautiful city villa was built in early 1902 and renovated in 2010. We furnished it lovingly with antique furniture to keep the authenticity. It is located in the villa's basement, just a few steps from the street. You can reach many shopping facilities on foot. A De'Longhi coffee machine with coffee supply, tea selection, a microwave, a washing machine and a cosy wood stove belongs to standard equipment. There is also a sauna, which you can use for a small fee. You can find a quiet place in our beautiful rose garden on warm summer evenings and listen to the crickets.
I am open-minded and interested in history, new languages, other cultures and countries. I like reading and travelling and spontaneous meetings with nice and friendly people. I would describe myself as cosmopolitan. I look very much forward to meeting you soon.
All essential things, such as a bakery, a pharmacy, a flower shop, the post office, Drogerie Müller, Lidl or REWE are within a 2-minute walk. There is a good pizzeria just around the corner, and two more are in town, about 5 minutes away. Parking spaces are directly on the street in front of the villa and are free of charge.
