Make yourself at home in this cozy & summer 2021 renovated apartment! This modern non-smoking apartment is perfect for up to 3 people. It is very easy to reach (train, bus or car) and is conveniently located. The 49m² apartment is equipped with a cozy 1.40m bed as well as a comfortable sofa bed. You will also find a 4K smart TV and fast WiFi. You can park for free and check in yourself at any time. The flat is equipped with a decibel sensor to detect and avoid events and parties. An online check-in form must be completed before arrival in order to comply with the requirements of the Federal Registration Act.

Neighborhood info

Our apartment is located in the Kassel district "Nord-Holland" (Nordstadt). This part of the city was shaped since the 19th century by the locomotive manufacturing company "Henschel & Sohn". Where there used to be gardens and fields, factory buildings and housing were created. Today, many of these buildings still exist and characterize the image of this part of town. An additional influential factor is the University of Kassel, whose main campus is also located here and shapes urban multicultural life. The city center can be reached by streetcar in a few minutes. The stop "Hauptfriedhof" is located in a parallel street not far away. If you arrive by car, you can park directly in the street for free.
