Welcome to this luxurious 60m² apartment that offers everything you need for a great stay in Gera: → Luxurious BOXING BED (king size 1.80m wide) → Comfortable sofa bed for 3rd & 4th guest (1.40m wide) → Smart TV (55'') with Netflix & ultra-fast WiFi → Fully equipped kitchen with NESPRESSO coffee & tea selection → Modern bathroom with washer-dryer → Own workspace in the bedroom → Walking distance to the center, restaurants and many stores The 60m² apartment has been newly renovated & refurnished in grand style. It awaits you with a modern & stylish design and offers space for 4 guests. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard and has a comfortable king-size box-spring bed (1.80m wide) to hotel standard, a large 55" Smart TV with Netflix and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and everything you need. The newly renovated bathroom has a bathtub with shower head, so you can freshen up as you please. Of course, we provide fresh, high-quality towels, a washer-dryer and bathroom essentials such as shower gel & shampoo and a hairdryer. You can start your day with a NESPRESSO coffee and use all the nice amenities of this apartment such as the sitting area or the couch to enjoy your meal, read a book or simply switch off. The apartment also offers space for a third and fourth guest thanks to the comfortable sofa bed. The apartment has a free private parking space. In addition, the "UCI parking garage" (420 spaces) is nearby (only a 2-minute walk) where you can park conveniently and cheaply.

Neighbourhood information

The location is very good - right in the center of Gera: You can reach the center quickly and on foot, as well as all stores (including Gera Arcaden, Edeka Simmel) and various restaurants in the area. You can also enjoy walks in the adjacent Park der Jugend and are just a few minutes' walk from the culture and congress center or important museums (e.g. Museum of Applied Arts).
