Unser Tiny House ist neu erbaut und erstmalig bezugsfertig im Mai 2025. Es besticht mit modernem- wohlfühl Style. Das Haus ist komplett eigerichtet, mit allem, was man für eine kleine Auszeit benötigt. Eine Terrasse mit bequemen Sitzmöglichkeiten ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Ein privater Garten gehört dazu.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Direkt an den Spiegelsbergen gelegen mit vielen Wandermöglichkeiten ( 5 Finger Felsen, Jahnwiese, Schloss) Ca. 500m entfernt befindet sich das Sealand mit Sauna, Schwimmbad und Fitnesscenter zum erholen oder Spass haben. Gleich daneben unser Stadion vo VfB Germania.
