Relax in the peace and quiet of nature or work in your home office and then take a short walk down to the lake! Enjoy your own flat without traffic noise on the edge of the forest in Herrsching with a large garden, private terrace and fantastic lake view. Organic wooden house, new building. - 2 rooms kitchenette, bathroom, terrace, garden, total approx. 60 sqm. - approx. 3 minutes by car to the centre of Herrsching - approx. 10 minutes by foot to the lake promenade and village (forest path). Neighbourhood information

Surroundings: All around there is a lot of forest, birds, deer and foxes and beautiful nature for walking, cycling, swimming and relaxing. At the same time, Herrsching is a lively and cosy town with excellent infrastructure and a lake promenade worth seeing. Departure point for Ammersee steamers (mini-cruise) and S-Bahn to Munich. How to get to the accommodation: Are you coming by S-Bahn from Munich (Herrsching station approx. 25 min walk)? It is best to take a taxi to the accommodation. Or park your car/bike/motorbike for free directly in front of the house, opposite the pedestrian entrance to the property. Bus to Starnberg or to the Munich S-Bahn can be reached in approx. 10 minutes on foot via the path through the forest (sure-footedness, safer in the dark with a torch).
