The large apartment has a kitchen, dining room, living room, large bathroom with toilet, guest toilet, two bedrooms each with a double bed and another bedroom with a double bed on the 2nd floor, which can be reached via the stairs in the living room.

After swimming at Lake Chiemsee or on the Alz, after cultural excursions such as visits to numerous sights and breweries, a large south-west facing balcony with seating invites you to enjoy the sunsets and end the day.
