Hello, I'm Güven and I live with my familybetween Frankfurt and Darmstadt. We are happy to welcome business travelers, holidaymakers, with and without children to our accommodations. I live with my family in the neighboring city and I am personally available with my wife for any questions and help. Of course, I can also be reached by phone or via the APP.

Property information

Welcome to our 4 room apartment (100 m²)! Enjoy the fantastic view from the balcony and the windows! There is space for up to 10 people in 4 rooms ((3 + 1) + 3 + 2 + 1). The beds can also be put together. In the fully equipped kitchen there is a coffee maker, kettle with a range of tea and coffee and a bottle of water in every room as a welcome. Except one room, all rooms have a TV (see pictures) with an international TV program. The rooms are functional and newly furnished. Each room can be locked separately. You can enjoy the fantastic view from each room. Separate 2nd toilet. Public parking spaces are available around the house. There is also a Park + Ride car park at the nearby train station (500 m) In the property there is a laundry room with washing machines and dryers, which can be used for a fee (request coins in advance). The property is 100% barrier-free, you can get from the ground floor to the apartment without a single step. In the shower (shower tray one step) a shower seat is installed that can be folded out. In the separate toilet there are 2 handrails on the left and right.

Neighbourhood information

Everyday shops are on the doorstep in the new shopping center (groceries, ATMs, fast food, fitness, etc.). Doctors, pharmacy, restaurants, etc are within walking distance. The apartment is perfect for a group of professional visitors, business travelers, tourists, but also for 1-2 families. The flat with a panoramic view is only a 5-minute walk from the train station with a direct connection to Frankfurt (RB + 2x SBahn) and Darmstadt (RB + 1x SBahn). From the train station you can reach Frankfurt main station in just 10 minutes, the trade fair + pedestrian zone / Zeil just under 20 minutes. Public parking spaces and a paid parking garage are available around the house. There is also a Park + Ride car park at the nearby train station. The A5 and A661 motorways can be reached in 3 or 5 km. From there you have the best transport connections, for example to Frankfurt (approx. 20 km) or via the A3 to the west (eg Mainz / Wiesbaden) / east (eg Hanau) or to the south to Darmstadt (approx. 20 KM) or further to Mannheim and Ludwigshafen. The nearby airport (approx. 15 km) can be reached comfortably and easily in 30 minutes by bus or train . Alternatively by car within minutes.
