The cozy 2 room apartment has 2 floors and offers space for a relaxing stay. It is modern in the living- and bathroom area and cozy in the bedroom area. On the property you can park your car for free. We require a valid ID or passport upon arrival!
Hello, I am Ila 46 years old and together with my husband I am looking forward to be your host. Even before your arrival, we are happy to answer all your questions and hope that you will have a pleasant stay with us. Important: Because of the wooden furniture and wooden parts in the structure of the building, open fire and smoking are strictly prohibited in our house. Breaking this regulation will lead to immediate termination of the contract! In front of the house we can provide you with ashtrays.
Quiet but yet central location. Within a few meters there are connections for the bus and train station directions to Unna central, as well as Dortmund, Kamen, Hamm and Münster. Further a few kilometers away there are highways A1 (exit Kamen center - 3 km), A2 (Kamener Kreuz (highway intersection)- 6 km), A44 (Kreuz Dortmund-Unna (highway intersection) 5 km). About 50 m away there are several shops, bakeries, petrol stations, pharmacies and doctors. Fast food and other restaurants are just a few minutes away by car.
