Property information

Our accommodation offers three spacious apartments, each with five cozy single rooms. Each room has access to a balcony where you can relax and enjoy the fresh air. Fresh bed linen and towels are included, so you don't have to worry about a thing. Each room is equipped with a TV, and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the accommodation. The apartments have bathrooms with a shower or bathtub, so you can freshen up after a long day. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook: Fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and oven. A private parking space is available for guests arriving by car. A washing machine is also available in each apartment, ideal for longer stays. Our accommodation is particularly suitable for craftsmen and fitters, as it is functionally and practically furnished. Please note that the furnishings are designed for practicality rather than a cozy, emotional atmosphere. Ideal for anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable retreat after a hard day's work.

The nearest highways are the A1 and A2, which provide quick connections to larger cities such as Dortmund and Münster. Public transportation: There are bus connections within Selm and to surrounding cities. Selm train station offers train connections, which can be useful if fitters arrive without a car. Infrastructure Retail and supply: There are supermarkets, bakeries and other stores for daily needs in the vicinity of Zum Sundern 2A. This makes self-catering easy. Gastronomy: There are various restaurants, snack bars and cafés in Selm that offer a variety of catering options.
