I have made it my goal to offer my guests a wonderful and relaxing stay and also make them feel at home while traveling. Each accomodation is immaculately clean, furnished to a high standard and fully equipped with a host of welcoming comforts. Enjoy the privacy with family or friends, and with the reassurance that we are on hand if you need us.

Property information

Welcome to HOMELY STAY, your home away from home in a beautiful listed building near the city centre. Up to 2 guests can stay in this cosy and modern studio. It is the perfect place for a good rest after a long journey, an exciting day of sightseeing or a hard day at work. Within 8 minutes you can reach the city centre by public transport and many restaurants, bars and supermarkets are within walking distance from the flat. During your stay, you have the entire studio at your disposal, including your own bathroom. There are no shared rooms, except for the entrance area. Prior to check-in, a digital check-in form must be completed for all arriving guests. This is mandatory. The security deposit is 200 EUR. Check-in is flexible, easy and keyless. Public parking is available around the building for a fee. (09 -23 h, 2EUR/h min, daily maximum 11 EUR , Sundays and public holidays free of charge) Due to the direct street location, there may be street noise during the day. At night, however, it is relatively quiet. As all rooms are ventilated by a ventilation system, the windows can remain closed.

The studio is located in the lively Giesing district surrounded by bars, restaurants and shopping facilities. There is an underground station, a tram station and a bus station in the direct vicinity.
