The villa was built in 1930 by the furrier, Ch. Max Romahn. He lived there with his family and his employees. In GDR times it was a kindergarten and then a pharmacy. Today we live on the ground floor of the renovated house and rent out the two apartments on the first floor and attic when we don't need them ourselves or not rented out for a long term. If for a longer period as a furnished apartment or only for a short time we look forward to welcoming you in our green oasis surrounded by old trees in the middle of Schkeuditz and only 15 minutes away from the centre of Leipzig. Whether business or private, we wish you a pleasant stay with us.
