Welcome to our luxurious home in the enchanting region of Aachen! Our villa offers an impressive living room with conservatory. The spacious interior is equipped with luxurious bathrooms that invite you to pamper yourself. The garden with a huge terrase and a pond invites you to relax outdoors. Here you can enjoy an evening of grilling or stay warm at fire basket under the starry sky. We also offer fitness equipment for your personal training.
Check In is possible anytime as there will be no one at the premises. If you have any problems or anything that you need, you can always contact me by messages or phone.
The house is in a great location with a wide range of leisure activities nearby. There is a playground just 250 m away, ideal for families with children. In just 15 minutes (7.5 km) you can reach the famous Chio Aachen, where exciting equestrian events take place. The center of Burtscheid can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. For nature lovers there is a campsite 550 m away. There is a small forest area 750 m away, which is perfect for sports activities or relaxing walks. There is also a Rite sports center just 4 km away. Trailers can also be parked on the outer ring within walking distance.
