Wir selbst lieben den See bei jedem Wetter: wenn er windstill und spiegelglatt ist oder wenn ihn Wind und Wellen in ein kleines Meer verwandeln. Wir angeln, fahren Kajak oder SUB, wandern oder radeln und freuen uns auf unsere Gäste. Die erstaunten und begeisterten Gesichter unserer Urlauber bei der Ankunft und die positiven Bewertungen bei der Abreise geben uns jedesmal Recht: diese Region um das Thüringer Meer ist einmalig schön und vielseitig zugleich. Unser Ziel ist es, die Reize unserer Heimat überregional bekannt zu machen und möglichst viele naturbegeisterte Menschen aus dem In- und Ausland für diese Landschaft zu sensibilisieren.
